A Life in Footnotes
I’ve always been the kind of person who notices the little things.
A line in a book that stays with me long after I’ve finished reading it. A movie that makes me think about something completely unrelated. A conversation that keeps replaying in my head. A strange little observation about people, love, friendships, stories, or simply life.
A Life in Footnotes is where I write those things down.
I’m a QA Manager in an IT company by profession ( sounds boring ,I know ,but it pays the bills to do other things I love ) , an artist at heart, and an unapologetic reader. I love getting lost in fictional worlds, over analysing characters, arguing with movies in my head, and occasionally wondering why humans behave the way they do. I also happen to believe that some of the best conversations begin with, “Okay, hear me out…”
This isn’t an expert’s corner, and I don’t intend for it to be one.
These are simply my thoughts — sometimes thoughtful, sometimes ridiculous, sometimes overly analytical, and occasionally both at the same time.
You’ll find me writing about books, movies, relationships, culture, people, little everyday moments, and all the wonderfully random things that make me stop and think.
Because the big moments make up a life.
But perhaps the footnotes are where we really notice it.
